Give more, Teach more, Be more
We often tend to look, at the issues in our lives and blame other people and expect change from others. What if you were to turn that attention to yourself for a moment? Take accountability for your part, and expect change from yourself. What if instead of going throughout your busy life focusing on yourself and your problems you take one day of your week to think about the world and community around you and ask yourself how you can be of service? Helping and putting energy into not only yourself and your priorities but the world and the community around you brings grounding; it brings clarity. Simple things like gardening, planting a tree, cleaning up your community, volunteering, spending the day at your local park, spreading kindness, getting involved in community groups, all of these things are ways you can ground yourself, humble yourself and find your true self. What drives you? What makes you happy? What do you see yourself living for everyday? What is something that makes your soul burn and jump in happiness? Find it and follow it, no matter what the "obstacle" is.
Mantra:
Today, I call in clarity, patience, and control of myself. I claim independence, self-love, self-care. No-one can care or love you like you could love yourself. Today, I claim eternal peace, and everlasting happiness. Today, I fill our new home with love, our new beginning with hope, and our new routine with excitement. I have made it this far! I focus on what needs to be done today, the rest will follow. I believe and breathe all of this.
